Prices are per square foot of 20 lb bond, so an ARCH D 24 × 36 sheet (6 sq ft) is $3.00 in black and white, $3.75 in light color and $7.50 in standard color at 1–24 sheets. Every printed sheet across every file and set counts toward your volume tier; each page is then priced at the rate for its size and coverage category.

An ARCH D 24 × 36 sheet in black and white is $3.00 at 1–24 sheets. The rate drops automatically with the total sheets on the order: $2.52 at 25–99, $2.10 at 100–249, $1.80 at 250–499 and $1.68 at 500 or more. On a color order each page is priced by what it carries: light color (color on no more than 3% of the sheet) is $3.75 per ARCH D sheet at 1–24, down to $2.10 at 500 or more; standard color is $7.50, down to $4.20; pages with no visible color stay at the B&W rate.
How do I calculate blueprint printing cost?
Multiply pages per set by the number of sets to get total printed sheets, find the volume tier that total falls in, then multiply each sheet by the rate for its size and category: B&W, light color or standard color. One set of 15–20 ARCH D sheets in black and white is $45.00–$60.00. From 25 sheets on the order, every sheet moves to the 25–99 rate, so a second set of a 20-page file brings all 40 sheets to $2.52 each. Pages that carry color add $0.75 each at light color or $4.50 each at standard color on top of the B&W price at 1–24 sheets.
