• Payment information: Collected securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
• Uploaded files: Blueprints, drawings, images, PDFs, renderings, and project documents.
• Order details: Product type, sizes, print specifications, number of sets, and shipping method.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, and anonymized analytics insights.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

• Provide instant print quotes
• Print and ship orders
• Send order updates and communications
• Process secure payments through Stripe
• Improve website functionality and customer experience

3. How We Handle Uploaded Files

Your uploaded files (blueprints, drawings, images, PDFs) are stored privately and securely in encrypted cloud storage.

All uploaded files are automatically deleted after 7 days.

Files are used strictly for printing purposes and are never shared, sold, or used for any other purpose.

4. Payment Processing (Stripe)

Payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment provider. We do not store or access your full credit card number at any time.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your information. Data is only shared with trusted third-party services necessary to complete your order:

• Stripe: Secure payment processing
• UPS: Shipping label creation and delivery
• Firebase Storage: Encrypted file upload handling

6. Data Retention

• Uploaded files: Deleted after 7 days
• Order history: retained for accounting & support
• Emails: retained only for customer communication

7. Cookies & Tracking

We use standard analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand site usage and improve performance. No sensitive personal information is collected through cookies.
