The cutoff for same-day shipping at Azul Prints is 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Orders submitted with a complete, print-ready PDF before that time are processed, printed, and handed off to UPS the same business day. Orders placed after 12 PM EST ship the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday ship on Monday.
No. Same-day processing is standard at Azul Prints — it is included in the base print price and is not an upcharge. The only shipping costs are for the UPS service level you choose. UPS Ground is free on orders $29 or more, and expedited options are available at standard UPS rates calculated at checkout.
Azul Prints requires PDF files for all orders. PDF is the only accepted format because it reliably preserves line weights, dimensions, scale, and fonts regardless of the originating software. If your drawings are in AutoCAD (DWG), Revit, or another CAD format, export to PDF before uploading. Every PDF is reviewed by a print technician before production to verify scale, orientation, and file integrity.
Yes. Order before 12 PM EST on any business day and select UPS Next Day Air at checkout. Your prints will be processed and shipped same day and arrive at your address the next business day, anywhere in the contiguous United States. This is the fastest possible option and is available on every order regardless of size or quantity.
Azul Prints processes and ships Monday through Friday only. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are queued for Monday morning processing. If submitted before 12 PM EST Monday, they ship Monday. For weekend emergencies, submit your order Sunday night so it is first in queue Monday morning, then select UPS Next Day Air for Tuesday delivery.
