Weekday orders placed by 12 PM Eastern ship the same day via UPS. There is no rush processing fee: you pay the print price and the UPS service you choose at checkout.

When your order ships
Dispatch is the day the package leaves with UPS. It depends only on when you place the order, Eastern time.

A print technician reviews every file before printing, same-day orders included. If we need to contact you about a file, the order ships once that is resolved. UPS holidays are not dispatch days.
Arrival depends on the UPS service
Dispatch is not arrival. Choose the service at checkout; the shipping price is shown before you pay.

Example. A permit set ordered Tuesday at 10 AM Eastern with UPS Next Day Air ships Tuesday and arrives Wednesday by end of day to most US addresses. The same order placed Tuesday at 2 PM ships Wednesday and arrives Thursday.
How a same-day order goes
The same three steps as any order. Nothing to request and nothing extra to pay for the processing.

Upload before 12 PM Eastern
Add your PDFs and choose size, print mode and sets. Export from AutoCAD, Revit or Bluebeam as PDF first; PDF is the only format we accept.

Choose the UPS service and pay
Pick the service that gets the set there in time, enter the address and pay by card. The total, including shipping, is shown before you pay.

Reviewed, printed, dispatched
A technician reviews the file, the set is printed, rolled, bagged and packed in a shipping tube, and UPS collects it the same day. Tracking is emailed to you.

Scale, orientation and completeness are checked against your settings before a sheet runs. If we print it wrong, we reprint it at no cost.

No rush processing fee
Same-day dispatch is how every weekday order placed by 12 PM Eastern works. The only extra cost is the faster UPS service, if you choose one.

Any US street address
Job site, office or home. We are online only, with no counter pickup; UPS collects from us and delivers to you.

Sets of any size
One sheet or several hundred, and as many sets as you need. Sheets are counted as pages × sets, so larger orders earn the lower volume rate. Bulk printing.
Same-day printing FAQs
What is the cutoff for same-day dispatch?
12 PM Eastern, Monday to Friday. Orders placed by then ship the same day; orders placed later ship the next business day, and weekend orders ship Monday.
Does same-day processing cost extra?
No. There is no rush processing fee. You pay the print price and the UPS service you choose: UPS Ground is $13.00 and free on orders of $29 or more; UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are $22.00, $38.00 and $60.00.
Can the prints arrive tomorrow?
Order by 12 PM Eastern on a weekday and choose UPS Next Day Air. The set ships the same day and arrives the next business day to most US addresses, by end of day rather than a morning hour. A Friday order arrives Monday.
Do you ship on weekends?
Orders ship Monday to Friday. An order placed on Saturday or Sunday ships Monday; with UPS Next Day Air it arrives Tuesday to most US addresses.
Can a permit set be printed and shipped the same day?
Yes. Upload the PDF by 12 PM Eastern, choose the size the building department asks for (most permit sets are ARCH D 24 × 36), the number of sets and the UPS service. A technician checks scale and completeness before printing. A building department may return a set that doesn't meet its scale or sheet-size requirements, so confirm them before you order.
What file format do I need?
PDF only. Export from AutoCAD, Revit or Bluebeam at the sheet size you drew on, without “fit to page”. File preparation guide.
