Bulk & Volume Printing
Architectural from one firm, structural from another, MEP from a third. Upload them all as separate files. We count every sheet across the whole order, apply one volume rate, and review each sheet before it prints.
Upload your set — get an instant price →Every other printer makes you flatten a plan set into one file, pick one size, and accept a single rate for the whole document. So an estimator spends an hour in Bluebeam combining consultant files before they can even find out what printing costs.
Upload them separately here. Each file keeps its own size — ARCH D for the architectural sheets, ARCH E for the civil site plan — and every sheet counts toward the same volume rate.
One file or twenty. We detect the page count and analyze ink coverage on each one automatically.
Mixed sets are normal. Each file prints at its own size and still counts toward the same rate.
Total sheets, the volume tier you earned, and a per-file breakdown — before you enter a card.
Scale, orientation and completeness verified on every sheet. Problems caught before production.
ARCH D 24×36 black and white. The tier is set by total sheets on the order — every file, every size, every set counted together. It applies automatically at checkout.
| Sheets on the order | Per sheet | You save | Typical job |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 – 24 | $3.00 | — | A small revision run |
| 25 – 99 | $2.52 | 16% | Single-discipline permit set |
| 100 – 249 | $2.10 | 30% | Full CD set, or a permit set in multiples |
| 250 – 499 | $1.80 | 40% | Bid set going to several subs |
| 500 + | $1.68 | 44% | Multi-building or multi-phase project |
Other sizes price off the same square-foot rate and earn the same tiers. Color follows the same ladder. Mylar has its own, shallower ladder. Small-format sheets cost proportionally less.
Free UPS Ground on every one of these. No rush fees, no setup fees, no per-file charges.
Sheets are counted as pages times sets, because that is what actually runs through the plotter. A 50-sheet permit set in four copies is 200 sheets and earns the 100–249 rate — not four separate 50-sheet orders at the small-order price.
That difference is $84 on a job that size, and it is the most common way firms overpay elsewhere: ordering copies one at a time as the project needs them, instead of together.
We will be straight about where we lose. Under about 100 sheets, the deep-discount online printers beat us on price, and if per-sheet cost is your only criterion on a small order you should use them.
Above that, the comparison reverses — and unlike them, we look at your file before it prints.
| 250-sheet bid set | Per sheet | Total | File reviewed? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Discount online printers | $1.75 | $437 | No |
| Azul Prints | $1.80 | $450 | Every sheet |
| FedEx Office | $4.99+ | $1,248 | No |
Thirteen dollars separates us from the cheapest printer in the country on that job. One rejected submittal costs vastly more than that in re-prints and lost days.
What they have in common: the same order shape, repeatedly. Files are deleted seven days after the order ships, so a reprint means re-uploading the set.
The rate is set by the total sheets on your order. ARCH D 24×36 is $3.00 a sheet at 1–24, $2.52 at 25–99, $2.10 at 100–249, $1.80 at 250–499 and $1.68 at 500 or more. The discount applies automatically at checkout — there is no code, no account and nothing to ask for.
Yes, and that is the point. Architectural, structural, MEP and civil usually arrive as separate PDFs from separate consultants. Upload them all and we count every sheet across the whole order, apply one volume rate, and print each file at its own size.
Yes. Sheets are counted as pages times sets. A 50-sheet permit set ordered in four copies is 200 sheets and earns the 100–249 rate.

No. Small orders are welcome and pay their own shipping; orders over $29 ship free on UPS Ground.
Yes. Set a size per file — ARCH D for the architectural sheets, ARCH E for the civil site plan — and they still count together toward the same volume rate.
