Every sheet counts toward the same volume tier regardless of how many files you send. Within each file, page order carries through to every set, so if pages are out of order in the source they will be out of order in every copy.

How the volume rate is set
Pages × sets = your tier
The tier is set by total sheets on the order, not by set count. A 50-sheet permit set in four copies is 200 sheets and earns the 100–249 rate — $2.10 a sheet, or $420 for the job, rather than $504 ordering the copies one at a time. ARCH D runs $3.00 at 1–24, $2.52 at 25, $2.10 at 100, $1.80 at 250 and $1.68 at 500 or more. All sets ship together to one address.
